At LULU PETAL, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, all returns and refunds must follow the policy outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these standards.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Sale items
  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear
  • Accessories (earrings, hats, hair accessories) for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process (Important)

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@lulupetal.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval before shipping the item back

Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Packaging is damaged or missing

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

LULU PETAL is not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Order Issues & Chargebacks

6. Fraud Prevention Notice

  • Repeated refund abuse may result in account restriction
