  • Free shipping on orders over $60
  • Standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update

5. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LULU PETAL is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • LULU PETAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly
